Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free to destinations within the continental United States. Other destinations may require additional shipping fees. Contact irisscottprints@gmail.com for details. Original oil paintings and canvas giclees are "rest assured" packaged and shipped with layers of foam, bubble wrap and packing peanuts in heavy duty cardboard boxing. Paper prints are shipped in heavy duty mailing tubes. Orders are processed within 1 day of receipt of order and shipped within 2 - 7 days, depending on the artwork. If box appears damaged upon arrival please check the artwork contents and verify no damage has occurred. If the artwork is damaged please refuse shipment noting damage and taking photos where possible. If you need to return artwork damaged during shipment please obtain an RMA - details below in Returns and Replacements.

Returns & Replacements
Return any piece within seven days of receiving your order and we'll issue you a full refund or credit on the price of the art. We'll even pay for the return shipping.
All returns and/or cancellations require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), regardless of the reason for return. Email irisscottprints@gmail.com
with "return request" in the subject line, and provide details of your request to return the merchandise. If you wish to cancel your order or order something different in exchange, you must notify us within 1 hour of placing the order on irisscottprints.com.
When your order arrives and the packaging appears damaged, please inspect the artwork before accepting delivery. If the artwork is damaged please refuse shipment. If you are unable to refuse delivery of  damaged artwork, or it is not what you ordered, you must request an RMA within 2 business  days of receipt of merchandise. Please include photos of any damaged packaging in your request, if possible. In either case, we will arrange for pickup and shipping back to IrisScottPrints.com at no cost to you, the buyer. Your account will be credited the amount of purchase upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We will respond to all RMA requests within 1 business day of receipt of your email.
